Freshly shelled Georgia pecans get a 24 hour bath in Single Barrel Bourbon; they’re then rinsed off and heated in an ungodly amount of butter and demerara sugar with a touch of condensed milk. The pecan infused bourbon is added to a custard base and boozy gelato bliss is born.
