We make our Irish Cream from scratch using one of Ireland’s most renowned whiskies and add it to a white cream gelato base substituting only a Jamaican Blue Mountain and Single Estate Ethiopian Yirgacheffe cold brew coffee blend for the traditional instant coffee called for in the recipe. There’s a bit more going on here than what’s on the liquor store shelf.
